Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the NikahUp app or visiting nikahup.co you agree to these Terms. NikahUp is operated by Pyar App LLC, a Texas limited liability company. If you do not agree, do not use NikahUp. Questions? Email jawad@nikahup.co.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NikahUp. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older and that any family member profile you create is for an individual aged 18 or older.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile. One account per family is permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create false or misleading profiles.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Use NikahUp for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its servers.
• Upload content that is offensive, explicit, or violates any applicable law.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content you grant NikahUp a limited license to display it to other users as part of the service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your profile content.

6. Matches and communications

NikahUp facilitates introductions between families. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, match, or marriage. All decisions made based on connections formed through NikahUp are your own responsibility.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or our community standards, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting jawad@nikahup.co.

8. Disclaimers

NikahUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NikahUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any connections made through it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of NikahUp after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
