Delete your account

You can permanently delete your NikahUp account and its associated data at any time. Here’s how, and exactly what happens when you do.

From the app

    Open the NikahUp app.

  2. 2

    Go to Settings.

  3. 3

    Tap Delete Account.

  4. 4

    Confirm. Your account and profile are removed permanently.

Can’t access the app?

Email jawad@nikahup.com from the phone number or email associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete My Account.”We’ll process your request within 30 days.

What we delete

Removed permanently

  • Your family profile and all profile details
  • Photos you uploaded
  • Your preferences and match settings
  • Your matches and in-app messages
  • Your name, phone number, and account information
What we keep

Held briefly, then gone

  • Limited security records

    Kept up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then permanently deleted.

  • Anonymized data

    Aggregated information that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.
